SITE CODE: 1388 <br /> 103 W ELEVENTH STREET CONTRACTOR #: .39000 <br /> TRACY CA 95376 <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) has recently reviewed the analytical results of <br /> the soil and water results taken at the time of tank removal and <br /> overexcavation at this site from 7/8/93 through 7/12/93 . <br /> The presence of water and soil contamination at your facility <br /> exceed the allowable limits at this time: water samples 89201-18 <br /> and 89201-19 taken in the excavation, and soil samples 14582=3 and <br /> 14582-4 taken above groundwater near. the northeast corner of the <br /> lot after overexcavation. These locations require further <br /> corrective action to reduce existing contaminant levels before <br /> PHS/EHD can consider this site for closure.
