(Giles) completed a magnetometer survey on a portion of the <br />property located at 239 West 11th Street, in the City of Tracy, San Joaquin County, California <br />("the Site'). The magnetometer survey fieldwork was completed on August 301h, 2011. This <br />letter report presents a brief description of the Site history, physical features, field methods, <br />magnetometer survey limitations, and discusses our findings and opinions. <br />' <br />1. SITE DESCRIPTION <br />The Site is a parking lot area for an In -Shape Health Club. The Site survey area <br />included an area of 0.68 acre on the eastern portion of the property. The parking lot was <br />' <br />clear of vehicles at the time of the survey fieldwork. <br />2. SITE HISTORY <br />Phase I ESA Project No. 2E-1105004) dated June 17, 2011. <br />Giles performed a (Giles <br />Review of the Phase I ESA indicates that the property consists of an L-shaped, 43,800 <br />sq. ft., single parcel. The southwest portion of the property was formerly utilized as auto <br />' <br />sales and service from 1926 to 1960, and a grocery store from 1961 to 1991, when In - <br />Shape Health Club acquired the property. Reportedly a gasoline underground storage <br />tank was associated with the former auto sales and service.
