2
Great. I will review the submittals and get back to you soon.

From: Brandon Costa <brandon.costa@thewinegroup.com>
Sent: Monday, August 12, 2019 2:46 PM
To: Christine Lawrence <clawrence@sjgov.org>
Subject: RE: [External] Your recent HW and HMBP inspection reports

Ok perfect!! You are awesome! I will send the SDS in with everything else we need to send you.

I updated the Pure Spray and the Roundup on CERs and Joey updated the site map and Contingency Plan. I just
submitted everything for review. Just wanted to give you a heads up.

Thank you for your help!

From: Christine Lawrence <clawrence@sjgov.org>
Sent: Monday, August 12, 2019 2:40 PM
To: Brandon Costa <brandon.costa@thewinegroup.com>
Subject: RE: [External] Your recent HW and HMBP inspection reports

Based on this SDS, the Burrow Smoke Oil appears to be non-hazardous, and therefore is not required to be reported in
the hazardous materials inventory. This SDS can be used in your Return to Compliance with a statement to show that a
correction is not needed for the Burrow Smoke Oil.

Thank you!

From: Brandon Costa <brandon.costa@thewinegroup.com>
Sent: Monday, August 12, 2019 2:34 PM
To: Christine Lawrence <clawrence@sjgov.org>
Subject: RE: [External] Your recent HW and HMBP inspection reports

This is the SDS I found.

From: Christine Lawrence <clawrence@sjgov.org>
Sent: Monday, August 12, 2019 2:24 PM
To: Brandon Costa <brandon.costa@thewinegroup.com>
Subject: RE: [External] Your recent HW and HMBP inspection reports

Do you have access to the SDS? Sometimes you can do a google search and get the Safety Data Sheet which sometimes
has the CAS number. If not you can look up the active chemical name, or enter the information manually using the SDS.

From: Brandon Costa <brandon.costa@thewinegroup.com>
Sent: Monday, August 12, 2019 2:22 PM
To: Christine Lawrence <clawrence@sjgov.org>
Subject: RE: [External] Your recent HW and HMBP inspection reports

Christine,

I was looking to add the Burrow smoke Oil onto CERs. On the SDS I do not see a CAS number. Is this common?
