The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all necessary permits required to remove the 500-gallon underground storage tank located at the Military Department, OMS #24 - Stockton, 8010 South Airport Way, Stockton, CA 95206: Jack Marquis (209) 982-4416. 2. The Contractor shall complete the work of this contract within thirty (30) working days after receipt of the executed contract document. 3. The Contractor shall be paid in a lump sum at the completion and acceptance of the work performed on the basis of unit rates set forth in the contract proposal. 4.
