Waterloo Rd
Dear Ms. Lagorio,
This is an update on the drilling activities for the above referenced.site. We have been trying to obtain access to
the adjacent William Peccole site at 4327 E. Waterloo Rd. in Stockton without success. Mr. Larry Miller,
representing William Peccole, has deigned us access (see email string below). We appreciate any assistance
you can provide us so that we can move forward with the well installation on the Peccole property.
As requested in your April 20, 2009 letter we obtained a drilling permit on June 1, 2009. Drilling is scheduled for
the week of June 29th thru July 2nd, 2009 to install the two on-site wells. We will proceed with the installation of
the third (off-site)well after we receive owner permission.
Sincerely,
Tom Sparrowe, PG
Conestoga-Rovers & Associates, Inc.
