A copy of this document will <br /> be brought to the June 19, 2001 meeting and given to SJCPHS. <br /> 341 Main Street, Ripon: This is an operating Shell-branded service station where we are <br /> currently operating a groundwater extraction (GWE) and treatment unit. The GWE system <br /> appears to have achieved hydraulic control across the site. The plume beneath this site <br /> appears to be delineated_ A well survey was conducted at this site in Julyy.1998. <br /> 3725 Tracy Boulevard Tracy: This is an operating Shell-branded service station where we <br /> recently submitted a work pian (April 26, 2001) for further site assessment. We have not <br /> yet received work plan approval from SJCPHS. Cambria completed a sensitive receptor <br /> survey for this site and submitted a report documenting this on November 2, 1999. We have <br /> been.eondueting periodic GWE from two to three wells at this site. To date approximately <br /> 48,399 gallons of water have been extracted and an estimated 27 pounds of MTBE have been <br /> removed from the subsurface. <br /> 2573 Country Club Boulevard, Stockton: This is an operating Shell-branded service station <br /> where plume delineation appears to be complete. We submitted a corrective action plan for <br /> this site on February 13, 1998 and have not yet received written comment or approval from <br /> SJCPHS. Regardless, Equiva initiated periodic GWE at this site in March 1999 and <br /> subsequently decided to install a full time GWE system, which is expected to startup during <br /> early June 2001. A well survey was conducted at this site and is documented in our <br /> December 4, 1997 letter to SJCPHS. <br /> 3011 Benjamin Holt Drive, Stockton: This site is an operating Shell-branded service station <br /> where the lateral extent of the plume is fairly well defined_ SJCPHS's February 27, 2001 <br /> letter requested a work plan to define the lateral and vertical extent of the plume at this site. <br /> This letter was lost internally until late April 2001. We are currently preparing a work plan <br /> as requested and will be issuing it prior to our meeting date. A sensitive receptor survey has <br /> been performed at this site and is documented in our March 2, 1999 Well Installation Report. <br /> 1071 North Main Street, Manteca: This site is an operating Shell-branded service station, <br /> We submitted a site investigation report on February 15, 2001. We have not received any <br /> comments from SJCPHS regarding this report A well survey was performed at this site and a <br /> report documenting the well survey issued June 20, 2000. S�-q� <br />
