The proposed <br /> scope of work complies with SJCEHD and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (RWQCB)guidelines. <br /> SITE LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION' <br /> The subject site is an active independent Shell-branded service station located on the north side of <br /> Waterloo Road near Piccoli Road in a mixed industrial and agricultural area in Stockton, California <br /> (Figure 1). Shell ceased,operations at the site during March 2005 and sold the property and station to the <br /> current owner during May 2005. Prior to their removal, two underground storage tanks (USTs) and four <br /> dispensers were present at the site(Figure 2). <br /> SITE INVESTIGATION WORK PLAN <br /> Based on a review of soil and groundwater monitoring data, the- SJCEHD requested that the Shell <br /> perform additional vertical.and horizontal assessment.
