-2- <br /> b. APPROVED USE: This approval is for a pre-cast concrete specialty product <br /> operation as shown on the Plan submitted June 30, 1998. <br /> C. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for <br /> concurrently with the building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County <br /> Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Storm water drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage <br /> pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall <br /> be included. <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All automobile and truck parking spaces and all major automobile circulation <br /> drive lanes shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base material <br /> of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Truck loading areas shall be surfaced <br /> and maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete or equivalent Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary <br /> to protect adjacent structures or properties. Aggregate base may be used <br /> for trailer parking and outdoor storage areas. <br /> (2) A minimum of sixteen (16) parking spaces shall be provided, including one <br /> (1) accessible space. (Two (2) spaces are required per one-thousand <br /> (1,000) square feet of building and one (1) space per two (2) employees.) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1015.3) <br /> (3) Each parking stall shall be a unobstructed rectangle, minimum nine (9) feet <br /> wide and twenty(20)feet long. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[bD <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-five (25) feet for <br /> two-way aisles and sixteen (16)feet foot one-way aisles.
