Kleinfelder <br /> understands that this workplan may need to be submitted to a local or state regulatory <br /> ' agency for comment and approval prior to initiating clean-up activities. The work <br /> revolving around the Chevron pipeline however is scheduled for November 9, 2005 and <br /> is anticipated to proceed based on your approval.
