Time associated with this inspection is <br /> billable. (Note, time associated with EHD equipment malfunction will not be billed) <br /> Interviewed store Assistant Manager Janice Hedman, and Food Court supervisor Traumell: <br /> -2 employee (Maisee Vane, and Aly) had called in sick on 1/18, and 1 employee (Janet Huot)called in sick on 1/27. Details <br /> of illness unknown. <br /> -Unknown if any employee family member had been sick <br /> -Unknown if any employee had been out of country recently. <br /> -Unknown if any employee works at other food facilities <br /> -Employee do purchase food at the Food Court; no one has reported illness from eating the food <br /> -Observed Polish Hot Dog placed into hot dog buns by employee; temperature of hot dog 177 F out of steam bath. Food was <br /> immediately handed to customer who'd ordered it. <br /> - Inspected condiment dispensers and chopped onion dispensers; all items are pre-packaged within the dispensers. No <br /> tampering was observed, and the dispensers function normally. <br /> - Raw chopped onions in the dispensers are replaced during the day as it become low. EHD recommends replacing at least <br /> once every 4 hours. <br /> A reinspection will be conducted on or after 2/3/2016 <br /> A copy of this report will be emailed to w038mgr2@costco.com, w038mgr4@costco.com, w038mgr@costco.com. <br /> The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br /> Safety Code.
