COOKING IN THE MARKET WITHOUT A <br /> PERMIT OR A HOOD. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I had previously spoken to store manager on 07/24/19 regarding this complaint. He stated that he does have a cart that he <br /> uses in the evening. He was not aware that a separate permit was required for cart. He stated that he sells rotisserie ribs and <br /> chicken that he prepares at meat dept. <br /> Observation:A cart that was previously permitted with our dept is stored at an enclosed location of this facility. <br /> Correction: Pay for a consultation fee of$152 before this dept may ok it's use.
