HE RECENTLY QUIT DUE TO THE <br /> UNSANITARY CONDITIONS. ALL EQUIPMENT NEED TO BE INSPECTED. FOOD STICKS TO POTS AND PANS. HE <br /> WOULD LIKE A CALL BACK FROM THE INSPECTOR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per manager, he is aware of the complaint. <br /> They started to replace some old equipments by new ones. I observed the pans hanging at dish washing area, they are clean. <br /> Pans placed on shelf at the cooking area, looked used and need to be replaced. By asking the 2 chefs, I met in the kitchen, <br /> about pots and pans material coming off and going in food or food is sticking to pots,they denied.Though the manager said <br /> they will replace those used ones by new stainless steel. I saw new baking trays placed on shelves after being washed. <br /> By inspecting the kitchen, it was clean specially the washing area, no accumulated utensils.
