i,
i
Mary Meays, RENS
March 11, 1993
6425 PACIFIC AVE
STOCKTON CA
REGAL STATION #603
On site Lawrence Tank Testing, represented by Phil Schulze and WEGE, represented by
George Converse, purging monitoring wells.
r
MW-8, obvious odor observed,MW-11, MW-12, and MW-5, no odor observed f
Vacuumed influence detected in MW-8 and trace vacuum influence in MW-5
MW-7 also sampled, no odor observed
Good vacuum detected in MW-7
pH conductivity and temperature parameters measured throughout purging
Approximately 3 well volumes purged using the vacuum pump available on Laurence
Tank Testing prior to bailing and parameter measurements
The pump is placed initially at the top of the well and then moved downward as the
pumping proceeds. It is a vacuum lift and uses 1 inch PVC stingers
Each stinger is dedicated to each well
MW-8, 3 inch casing sleeve was placed within the 4 inch casing that was originally drilled
because there must have been some break because some sands and silts were entering
the well
C
Depth to water in MW-7 was 52.94
Depth to water in MW-8 was 53.52
Depth to water in MW-11 was 54.65
Depth to water in MW-12 was 54.42
Depth to water in MW-5 was 53.64
Samples stored in ice chest with adequate crushed ice
Met with John Margowski on site. Discussed the site and remediation.
I
