A Craig,Inc.,would like to bring to your attention a couple of nutters relative w the en vironmental <br /> matters that retain open at the Stockton site. These directly affect the initiation of the wort:and the <br /> potential to recover cost insured. These issues reed to be clarified with the Environmental Health <br /> Department as soon as possible. <br /> First,it is not necessary to remove the canopy footings to install the new footings and to ins all the new <br /> islands,trenches, etc. It is our intention to leave these in the ground unless directed differertly by the <br /> County. <br /> Second,upon the decommissioning of the remediation system,will the County allow the piping for this <br /> system to be art and capped in place or are they going to require that it be removed as part of the <br /> decommissioning of the groundwater remediation system?
