Using EPA Method 8260, no contaminants were detected above the <br /> reporting limits' <br /> The vapor extraction system was shut down on June 7, 1995 due to excessive noise <br /> generating from the blower. The system was re-started on September 23, 1995 after <br /> installing new blowers. <br /> i <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
