Linda <br /> Turkatte, she was to leave you a message concerning Western Geo- <br /> Engineers (WEGE) intent to change the BACT at the above mentioned <br />{ site. _ <br /> 1 WEGE is intending to discontinue the use of the Thermal Oxidation <br />}}, System and start using a Carbon Adsorbtion System for BACT. <br /> i Poundage of the vapor extraction system has been below two pounds <br /> a day since May 17, 1995 . The costs to operate the TO which <br /> ' included rental, maintenance and natural gas and electricity <br /> consumption is approximately $3 , 500 . 00 per month. WEGE estimates <br />!t the cost to operate the carbon system, which includes carbon <br /> j change out and electricity consumption to be a fraction of the TO <br /> operating costs . Unlike the TO the carbon system does not need a <br /> required maintenance schedule . WEGE has recieved the Authority <br /> to Construct/Change.
