PHS/EHD recommends that following
information be submitted:
1. A pump test be performed which simulates the periodic groundwater
extraction and any modification which may be planned. The results should
be used to determine the affect that extraction may have on the
groundwater gradient and hence migration.
2. Compile vapor extraction data to show the zone of influence and vapor
recovery analysis, with a particular emphasis on those wells closest to the
Lincoln Property plume.
3. When the monitoring wells are next sampled, March 1994, additionally,
analyze the samples using EPA Method 601 to verify that the plume has
not already migrated to the site. PHS/EHD would also recommend that
periodically, the wells closest to the Lincoln Property plume, undergo EPA
Method 601 analysis.
A Division of San Joaquin Countv Health Care Services
