PHS/EHD has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> Despite operation of the vapor extraction system, floating product is still being reported in monitoring <br /> wells, MW3 and MW10. Please proceed with interim product removal, until discharge permits are <br /> obtained from the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities Department. <br /> Field work commenced on September 24, 1992 for the installation of two off site monitoring wells, <br /> MWI1 and MW12. Groundwater samples were subsequently collected; however, to date PHS/EHD has <br /> not received the installation report or the third quarter monitoring report. PHS/EHD has in numerous <br /> communications requested that reports be submitted in a timely manner.
