Notify Mary Meays, at the number below, <br /> 48 hours prior to quarterly sampling as site inspections of sampling events are an important aspect of local <br /> regulatory oversight. <br /> Continued postponing of the installation of additional monitoring wells is unacceptable. <br /> Vapor extraction coupled with groundwater extraction, as originally proposed, are effective methods to <br /> control groundwater plume migration, thus providing maximum remediation. <br /> The groundwater contamination plume is not being contained nor has it been properly characterized. <br /> Additional monitoring wells will be necessary to define the boundaries of soil and/or groundwater <br /> contamination.
