E1 Dorado St. <br /> Stockton 95202 <br /> We have completed our review of the May 1990 "Update Status Report, <br /> Report #3" received October 9, 1990 and "Update Assessment, Status <br /> Report #4" dated September 26, 1990. These reports will be <br /> considered the draft Final Remedial Plans for each of the above <br /> sites. <br /> Pursuant to Section 280. 67, Subpart F of 40 CFR of the Federal <br /> Register, before approving your Final Remedial Plan/Corrective <br /> Action Plans San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division will conduct a public notice to <br /> consider comments on the proposed corrective actions plans. <br /> A full-volume draft FRP (along with pertinent documentation) for <br /> each site is to be made available for review at the Stockton Public <br /> Library at 605 N. E1 Dorado St. , Stockton. The draft FRP for each <br /> site will also be made available for review at the PHS/EHD office <br /> during normal business hours. <br /> The selection of the remedial alternative will be made only upon <br /> review and consideration of comments received during the public <br /> comment period. The public comment period for the draft FRPs for <br /> the former Regal Station #603 site at 6425 Pacific Avenue and the <br /> former Regal Station #604 at 1448 N.
