Stockton, 95207 - This service station is <br /> located at the intersection of Pacific and Douglas Rd. It has k <br /> been upgraded with' a double contained products storage and , <br /> dispensing system. f` <br /> B. Description of Hazardous Wastes and Substances <br /> Benzene, toluene, :xylene, ethylbenzene and total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons have been detected in soil and groundwater. <br /> C. Threat to Public Health and Environment <br /> Contamination (hydrocarbon) was found to exist in both soil <br /> and groundwater. The main pathway for contaminant migration <br /> is by groundwater. No domestic or municipal wells appear to <br /> be affected. <br /> i <br /> II. Site Status <br /> A. Status of Site Activity <br /> Wickland oil Company has entered into the Pilot Program and is <br /> pursuing a remedial investigation. The contamination plume <br /> has been characterized and has moved offsite. <br /> B. Projected Revenue Sources <br /> Wickland Oil Company will pay all costs associated with site <br /> investigations and cleanup. <br />
