Perform a pilot test, using a RSI S.A.V.E. (SPRAY; <br /> AERATOR; VACUUM; EXTRACTION) system for the treatment of <br /> the ground water and extraction and destruction of the <br /> gasoline range vapors. <br /> 4. Obtain the necessary permits from San Joaquin County Air <br /> Quality; Permit to Construct and Operate the system. <br /> "i <br /> 5.
