Once the installation of the "Hirtz" incinerator has <br /> been completed notify San Joaquin County Air Quality <br /> for site inspsction to obta:.n Permit to operate. <br /> 5' after permit toecovery operatefrom mwlo and has been obtained. wells <br /> 6. Proceed with a one week water treatment/aquifer test <br /> during the initial start up of the incenerator.
