The report is to show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities including the results of all investigations <br /> completed to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of inveWged�schedules for the completion. of the <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or imp <br /> investigation of the site and remediation; <br /> -method and location of disposal of the released hazardous substance and any contaminated <br /> soil, groundwater or surface water; <br /> .manifest required for transport of hazardous substances; conductivity, adient; <br /> -monitoring well data including groundwater elevation,pH, ty, gr <br /> .analytical results of groundwater or soil sampling; and <br /> -site map sluowing the "zero line"of contamination, if known, and changes in the above <br /> measurements over the last quarter. <br /> These current quarterly reports are now past due. Please submit thein to PHS-EHD and CVRWQCB <br /> immediately.
