COMPLAINANT OBSERVED LOTS OF <br /> FLIES INSIDE FACILITY AND INSIDE OF RESTAURANT WAS REALLY DIRTY. PLEASE SEND INSPECTOR AS SOON <br /> AS POSSIBLE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediate/v.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival, I spoke with the owner of the establishment and asked if they had any knowledge of the complaint. He explained <br /> having no knowledge of any customers complaining but welcomed me to do my inspection. He stated no employees being ill, <br /> leaving the country or having any sort of stomach issues. He stated that any employees feeling ill,looking sink or having <br /> stomach problems are asked to go home until they are recovered. Observed the two main cooks prepare the food and no <br /> food was mishandled or cook improperly.The facility had at most two flies inside that entered from the customer door and <br /> debris on the floor from general wear-and-tare throughout the day.
