ENTRY OBJECTIVIES Destroy all wells and environmental laterals associated with the <br /> site investigation, monitorng and remediation. Well destruction permits obtained from San <br /> Joaquin County Health. <br /> The station site is currently be upgraded with new USTs and dispensing system. Open <br /> excavations and excavated soil piles exist on site. The site proper is fenced from public access, <br /> this fence will remain in place during construction. <br /> SITE ACTIVITIES: <br /> 1. Conduct Health and Safety meeting <br /> 2. Secure well destruction areas from public access. <br /> 3. Pressure grout wells MW4, MW5, MW6, MW7, MW9, MW10, MW11 and MW12 using <br /> Woodward Drilling pumping unit and hose. Allow grout to set overnight to evaluate any <br /> drop in grout level, prior to placing surface plug. <br /> 4. Position Drilling rig and drill out (over-bore) wells MWl, MW2, MW3, MWS and MW13. <br /> 5. Tremie grout and fill over-bore wells with neat cement to within subgrade. <br /> 6. Secure all excavations with backfill or plate to prevent access and/or injury to public. <br /> 7. Over-bore pressure grout wells 22 inch diameter to three foot depth. Expose casing and <br /> place one foot grout seal cap over casing. Compact backfill overbore with clean material to <br /> subgrade. <br /> 8. Secure all excavations with backfill or plate to prevent access and/or injury to public. <br /> 9. Construct soil stockpile area at service station. <br /> 10. Decon drilling/sampling equipment, place decors fluids in 55 gallon drums <br /> 11. Clean well abandonment sites <br /> 12.
