WESTERN 1386 EAST B£ANiER STREET is - WHO GEO-ENGINEERS WOODLAND CA 95776-6003 - (530) 668-5300, CALIF CON"]RACTOR#513857 FAX(530)662-0273 REGISTERED GEOLOGISTS "ege smother cam Mr Michael J Infurna Jr November 6, 2001 Senior REHS _ Leaking Underground Fuel Storage Tank Program San Joaquin County Public Health co Environmental Health Division (PHS-EHD) 304 East Weber Ave, Third Floor Stockton, CA 95202 (209)468-3454 RE Execution of Workplan for Site Restoration, decommissioning of groundwater monitoring wells and vapor extraction system at former Regal Station R603 at 6425 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California 95207 Dear Mr Infurna INTRODUCTION As a condition for final closure "No Further Action" of this site, all wells and the associated remediation system must be removed and the site restored, see Appendix A This report documents the completion of those destructions and the site restoration GROUNDWATER MONITORING WELLS LOCATION Former Regal Station #603 was, until July 1998 an operating EXXON service station located at 6425 Pacific Avenue at the northwest corner of Pacific Avenue and Douglas Road, Stockton, in San Joaquin County, California The site lies in section 21, T2N, R6E, MDB&M at approximately 12 feet above mean sea level (MSL), see Figures I and 2 The parcel is #31 and is recorded in Assessor's Book 97 Lincoln Village Properties has taken ownership of the three existing upgraded underground storage tanks (USTs) Lincoln Village Properties is leasing the site to Prestige Oil who will operate as a gasoline service station Currently the station is being remodeled and upgraded Thirteen groundwater monitor wells are associated with this site MWI, MW2, MW3, MW4, MWI0 and MW13 are all on-site (Lincoln Village Properties) The other seven wells are located off-site MW6 and MW9 are located in the parking lot north and east of the site (Fahn Properties)
