ELEUEn <br /> i■0 <br /> SUBJECT: 7-ELEVEN SELF SERVICE ROLLER GRILL <br /> Program Description <br /> The Sales Associate prepares the grill, per SOP, by heating product on the `clerk side' of the grill until the internal <br /> temperature is >_140F. There is rolling POP (Point of Purchase) that states 'Product Heating' between the heating and <br /> display portions of the roller grill. <br /> The Sales Associate moves the pre-heated product to the 'customer' side of the grill. <br /> Customers come to the grill, selects a pre-packaged bun if required, the chooses a pre-heated grill item of their choice. <br /> • The grill and associated utensils will be monitored by the store staff. <br /> • Internal product temperature will be monitored at least every two hours. <br /> • Food service utensils will be replaced/Wash/Rinse/Sanitized at least every two hours. <br /> • Shelf life for heated grill products is a maximum of 4 hours—this includes the heating time. <br /> • Shelf life for the pre-packaged buns is 4 hours in the warming drawer. <br /> Thank you, <br /> 76w 740 <br /> Tim Taylor CP-FS <br /> 7-Eleven Sr.Corporate Quality Assurance Manager <br /> Western USA <br /> e Tim.taylor@7-1l.com c 925.286.3697 <br />
