ELEUEn <br /> i■0 <br /> SUBJECT: 7-ELEVEN SELF SERVICE ROLLER GRILL <br /> Program Description <br /> The Sales Associate prepares the grill, per SOP, by heating product on the `clerk side' of the grill until the internal <br /> temperature is >_140F.
