MUNICIPAL UTILITIES DEPARTMENT <br /> © REGIONAL WASTEWATER CONTROL FACILITY <br /> 2500 NAVY DRIVE <br /> STOCK 0N, CALIFORNIA 95206 Groundwater Discharge Attachment <br /> CITY OF sTpCKroN c209, 944-8750 <br /> 944-8760 Part C - Pumping Plan <br /> PURPOSE — Description of all aspects of the pumping plan will enable the City of Stockton to evaluate the plan <br /> for possible approval <br /> Further instructions on reverse side <br /> C1 Description—Fully describe the proposed pumping plan, including number and size of wells, types and capacities <br /> of pumps, and all other relevant information (Attach description) see Attached <br /> C2 Pretreatment — Describe any proposed groundwater pretreatment prior to discharge to the sanitary system, and <br /> give expected pollutant removal efficiencies (Attach sheets as necessary) 100D gallons Aeration Tank <br /> Heated ambient air ± 200°F as used to aerate (DR606 Blower) approximately 300 <br /> gallons of contaminated recovered ground water "Air Strlppin at 100 CFM", contaminated <br /> vapors are vacuumed pulled from the tank and destroyed by a 1 .25 million rated BTU <br /> Incinerator. Treatment is batch treatment at 300 gallons per 6 hours or 1200 gallons/ <br /> day at a pollutent removal efficiency of 99.5%. <br /> C3 Analyses --- Attach pertinent laboratory analyses to verify contaminants and concentrations See Table 1 <br /> C4 Calculations—Calculate the pounds/day of each contaminant proposed to be discharged to the sewer (Attach work <br /> sheets) See attached <br /> C5 Pollution Control — Describe steps taken to prevent present and future groundwater contamination (Attach sheets <br /> as necessary) _ The Exxon Station underwent remodeling in 1989. New double walled <br /> fiberglas tanks and doubled walled piping was installed. <br /> C6 Sludge Disposal--- Describe sludge disposal methods that will be utilized if applicable (Attach sheets as necessary) <br /> N/A <br /> C7 Miscellaneous—Give any other pertinent facts or factors that warrant consideration (Attach sheets as necessary) <br /> This is a ground water remediation site San Joaquin County Health #1211 <br /> C8 Diagram — Attach as accurate a diagram of the plume or area of contamination, as is available <br /> See Figures 5A and 5B <br /> C9 Sample Schedule—Attach a proposed sampling schedule and method of results transmittal to the City of Stockton <br /> Indicate sample point <br /> MUD 1090 <br />
