Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Upon arrival I spoke with the owner of the property and asked when the garbage is being picked up and how long has the <br /> garbage been sitting in the dumpster.According to the owner the garbage is retrieved every tuesday but the facility is rented <br /> out for events saturday.Once the events are over the garbage is filled again until picked up on tuesday.
