(DISTRICT 2) <br /> APPLICANT: Lincoln Properties Ltd. APN: 097-410-31 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance <br /> Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. <br /> The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, <br /> Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94129-1250, telephone(415) 923-7186. The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood maps are available for review at <br /> the Department of Public Works, 1.810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be <br /> updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Pacific Avenue has an existing right-of-way width of 150 feet and a-planned right-of-way width of <br /> 150 feet. Douglas Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
