10.0 EMERGENCY RESPONSE PLAN <br />Upon observation of any situation such as an explosion or fire, <br />where you can safely drive a vehicle or move equipment to prevent <br />loss, do so without subjecting yourself to injury. <br />Lead person should first dial 911 then notify appropriate <br />personnel at PARADISO MECHANICAL, INC. Paradiso will notify <br />proper agencies and customer contacts. Someone on crew will <br />notify all personnel and customers the necessity of vacating the <br />premises. This will minimize the potential of any further injury. <br />11.0 OSHA STANDARD TRAINING INFORMATION <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />PARADISO MECHANICAL, INC. FIELD EMPLOYEES HAVE RECEIVED THE 40 <br />HOUR TRAINING REQUIREMENT UNDER OSHA STANDARD 29CFFR1910.120 <br />HAZARDOUS WASTE OPERATIONS AND EMERGENCY RESPONSE TRAINING. ALL <br />FIELD EMPLOYEES COMPLETED SUCH TRAINING FROM THE OCCUPATIONAL <br />HEALTH AND SAFETY GROUP, INC., SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA, AND <br />RECEIVED CERTIFICATES FOR COMPLETION OF SUCH TRAINING. <br />CERTIFICATES ARE LOCATED AT THE HEAD OFFICE. <br />12 <br />
