The last submittal was on 2/12/18. As of January 1,2013, all businesses were required to submit all <br /> business plans electronically. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or <br /> updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. CORRECTED ON SITE. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> 10 gallons, or approximately 20 pounds,of Solera containing paraquat were observed in the chemical storage shed, <br /> one 55 gallon drum of antifreeze was observed in the main shop,481 cu ft of acetylene, 632 argon, carbon dioxide <br /> mixture, and 692 cu ft of oxygen were observed in the main shop that have not been reported. Any material that <br /> meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous <br /> material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. CORRECTED ON SITE. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was did not address chemical loading areas. The chemical storage shed was not in the location shown <br /> on the map.A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and <br /> sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling <br /> and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then <br /> list it on the map and label as"NA".
