REPORTEDLY ATE AT RESTAURANT THE WEEK BEFORE LAST. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Facility serves about 400 people a day. Facility has not had anyone sick or out of <br /> the country lately. Facility is not aware of any employees living or working on a farm. A few employees work at other <br /> restaurants(applebees, rubios, and olive garden). Facility receives their meat from La Commiseria(in Modesto)on Mondays <br /> and Thursdays. Facility receives their produce from Macarenas Produce also on Mondays and Thursday. Facility also <br /> receives meat from Sysco on Tuesdays and Fridays. They also receive food from Mexi Foods on Thursdays. All employees <br /> received food handler training. Employees eat food from the facility. All temperatures are proper. All sanitizers are proper. <br /> All hand sinks are properly supplied. Bathrooms are properly supplied. Women's restroom has the warm water off <br /> (corrected). Container of chips stored on the trashcan (removed). Uncooked chips below ladder(provide lid today). A box of <br /> tomatoes on the ground in the walk-in (elevate 6 inches today). Facility does not use gloves.
