All Image Tire/Water Resorts
Jennifer Frase [EH]
From: Jennifer Frase [EH]
Sent: Monday, April 16, 2007 4:53 PM
To: 'Cambridge, Keith'
Cc: Niles, Laura; Michael Kith [EH]; Robert McClellon [EH]
Subject: RE: All Image Tire/Water Resorts
Page 1 of 3
I'm reasonably sure the manifests were mailed in for All Image. Their files were in order and I don't understand
why they would bring trouble upon themselves by not mailing in the forms, especially if it is no cost to them. The
thing that gets me is that the manifests for hauls of waste tires by Alberto's isn't showing either, for tires brought to
or removed from All Image. I don't know what to make of it. I wanted to see if there might be something we are not
seeing. No manifests in the database for over a year? These people have been in the business for years, in
the sights of CIWMB in the past for manifest errors, so I don't think they would play games. The manifests
stopped being recorded since they moved, so I thought I'd bring it to your attention. What do you suggest?
As far as Water Resorts, yes, I agree that the EA contact for Shasta Lake and Lake New Melones (Calaveras
County) should be advised to watch for this person, or at least be aware that they may possibly haul tires in those
counties. As a courtesy, anyway.
Regarding the EDT original I was advised to take into custody (with a receipt left for the facility) from Lift Truck
Services, may I return it to the facility? (WRW was the hauler and the manifest was recovered at CIWMB by your
staff.)
Thanks, Keith.
Jenni
-----Original Message -----
From: Cambridge, Keith[mailto:KCambridge@ciwmb.ca.gov]
Sent: Monday, April 16, 2007 4:31 PM
To: Jennifer Frase [EH]
Cc: Niles, Laura
Subject: FW: All Image Tire/Water Resorts
Jennifer:
We have no record of the manifest forms in red, only one (black) that we have a copy of. Are we sure this
person sent them in?
The 02 was added to this hauler when he changed his address. This has been a practice by this unit for
Haulers only, to issue them a 02 site suffix if they move their Hauler TPID Location as this was we don't
have to re issue new decals and registration cards, etc. However, if they have WTF permit for that site,
then this would be treated like all other locations, get a new TPID.
Water Resorts, Inc. TPID# 1392892 is current with 3 vehicles registered. Although he is not hauling we
consider him still a current valid hauler so I would look at any records or other documents that he may have
at his location and write up a inspection for that site. Laura, do you agree?
If you want, we can advise the EA contact for Shasta Lake and Lake New Melones (Calaveras County) to
watch for this person
Keith E. Cambridge, Program Manager
Hauler & Manifest Program
4/16/2007
