Obsolete federal hazard categories <br /> were listed on the chemical inventory. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan.This violation was corrected on site. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System (CERS)annually. The business plan was submitted late on 2-11-2019. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year.This violation was corretted. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br /> Employees were last trained on 4-13-2018. The employees have not been trainde for 2019. Please do an annual <br /> training. <br /> The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual <br /> refresher training. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a <br /> minimum of three years. Immediately provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the <br /> training records to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 9-27-2019. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
