Implementation of the Policy <br /> These policies have been prepared to inform employees of the policies and procedures of this company <br /> and to establish the company's expectations. The president is the responsible officer for this policy and <br /> has the authority to implement the policy. The president may develop procedures or other <br /> supplementary information to support the implementation of this policy. The Office Manager may apply <br /> appropriate interpretations to clarify the policy provided that the interpretations do not result in <br /> changes to the policy. This policy supersedes and replaces any and all personnel policies and manuals <br /> previously distributed, made available or applicable to employees. <br /> B. Revisions to the Polity <br /> The President reserves the right to revise, suspend, revoke, terminate or change any of its policies, in <br /> whole or in part. If any discrepancy between this employee compliance policy and current company <br /> polity arises, conform to current company policy. The President is the policy approver and has the <br /> authority to approve policy revisions. The President has the authority to ensure that the policies are <br /> regularly reviews, updated, and consistent with other governing policies. <br /> C. Compliance with the Policies <br /> Employees are to immediately report to their supervisor or The President in compliance with this policy. <br /> The President is accountable for monitoring and enforcing compliance mechanisms and ensure that <br /> monitoring procedures and reporting capabilities are established . <br /> D. Noncompliance with Policies <br /> Noncompliance with this policy is handled in accordance with Personnel Policies. <br />
