Health and Safety Plan <br /> 455 E lith St <br /> Tracy,California <br /> 11.0 FIRST AID AND MEDICAL TREATMENT <br /> All persons on site must report any near-miss incident, accident, injury, or illness to the SSHO. A <br /> trained site first aid provider will provide first aid. Injuries and illnesses requiring medical <br /> treatment must be documented.The SSHO must conduct an accident investigation as soon as <br /> emergency conditions no longer exist and first aid and/or medical treatment have been <br /> completed. All necessary reports must be completed and submitted to the Project Manager <br /> within 24 hours after the incident. <br /> If treatment beyond first aid is required,the injured should be transported to the nearest <br /> medical facility off-site. If the injured is not ambulatory, or shows any sign of not being in a <br /> comfortable and stable condition for transport,then an ambulance/paramedics should be <br /> summoned.
