The data was compared to the San Francisco Bay Regional Water
Quality Control Board(SFBRWQCB)environmental screening levels(ESL).
TPH as gasoline and TEX vapors were detected in only three of the samples at concentrations well below
residential ESI-s. No benzene or fuel oxygenates or lead scavengers were detected in the vapor samples.
Conclusions included in the report suggested that the site qualifies for no further action(NFA). The EHD
concurs.
Please submit a NFA report as detailed in the Tri-Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary
Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Storage Tank Sites(UST), Section 6.6,(16 April 2004).
Please include a completed Table 1 —Checklist of required data for NFAR at UST sites, also found in the
Tri-Regional Recommendations.
Sites preparing for NFA are to have the last two consecutive quarterly sampling and monitoring events
completed. All LUFT constituents are to be sampled for and all of the quarterly reports must be submitted
to Geotracker. Additionally, the NFA report and checklist are to be submitted to Geotracker,as well as all
work plans, EDF data,Geo Well data, updated maps and Geo X,Y and Z data before the EHD can
approve the NFA report and submit it to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board
(CVRWQCB)for concurrence.
Thank you for your continued cooperation with the UST investigation and clean up at this site.
