So,with the $ in hand, they now have the ability to pay my bill and 1 will do the work. (I do not advance my work and wait for State fund) They and I would prefer to cease QM Events and close the site consistent with N:FA:R. We are working diligently to get you and RWQCB-5 the data that supports closure consistent with the NFAR Recommendations in the tri-regional Guidelines. However, as long as we need to continue the QM events and the state fund will reimburse the Cox's and You require QM to continue, we will continue. Since the site's fuel residuals are relatively minor, our assessment will j not include the collection of any new site data(e.g., soil vapor), nor will it include modeling beyond what is set forth in the San Francisco Bay-Regional Water Quality Control Boards (SFBRWQCB's) ESL Surfer.
