Project No 4090-P Cox and Cox P 0 Box 1046 Tracy, California 95378 Re: Quarterly Monitoring Well Sampling Report Site at 595 East I I th Street, Tracy, CA Dear Mr Cox, Wright Environmental Services, Inc (Wright) has prepared this quarterly report for the above referenced site As you know, several phases of work have been performed at this site The work is in response to a request from the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (PHS- EHD) for site monitoring Three monitoring wells currently exist on-site Field Sampling Methods The site was sampled on December 19, 1996 The following table briefly describes their current status (see Table 1) below, Table 1.
