The EPA 8260 scan will be expanded to
include ethylene dibromide (EDB) and 1,2-dichloroethane (1,2-DCA) pursuant to Regional Board
requirements.
Water generated from well development and sampling will be contained in labeled DOT approved
drums. The drums will be stored on site pending laboratory results and the development of disposal
options.
Reporting
Following the receipt of analytical results, a technical report describing the methods and results of the
investigation proposed herein will be submitted to PHS/EHD. The report will describe, to the degree
possible, the nature and extent of contamination and will contain recommendations for additional work if
appropriate.
Protocols and Safety
All field activities performed at the site will be conducted in accordance with Ground Zero's Quality
Assurance/Quality Control Plan on file with PHS/EHD and a Site Safety Plan to be prepared prior to
initiating field work.
Permitting and Schedule
A well construction permit and associated fees will be submitted under separate cover subsequent to
approval of this workplan. It is anticipated that field work can begin within 30 days of receiving a
drilling permit and a technical report can be submitted within 60 days after the completion of field work.
Please contact Ground Zero at your earliest convenience if you have any questions or comments
regarding this report.
:r
Respectfully, PE GEOC
Ground Zero Analysis Inc.
JONP. -
J LAME
`
No. 6795
John P.
