ENTRY OBJECTIVES <br /> Type of Facility: Active BP Service Station and Food <br /> Market. <br /> Site Activities: Sampling of two soil sample borings and and <br /> installation of a ground water monitoring well five feet <br /> into ground water (MW4) into one of these borings. All <br /> borings are on-site locations, see Figure 3. Sampling will <br /> commence at the 11 foot depth and precede into top of ground <br /> water. All samples . and activities will be monitored with an <br /> HNu PID with 10.2 ev bulb. The samples registering positive <br /> from the PID screening will be sealed, labeled preserved and <br /> chain of custody delivered to MATRIX laboratories for <br /> analysis. <br /> Preserve samples and Chain of Custody deliver to Matrix <br /> Environmental Laboratories (DHS 1676) for analysis as <br /> described on Table 2, page 16 for Gasoline. <br /> LABORATORY DETECTION LIMITS <br /> SOIL WATER <br /> TPH G 1.0 MVIKG 50.0 UG/L <br /> BTX&E 5.0 UG/KG 0.5 UG/L <br /> JOB HAZARD ANALYSES <br /> Hazardous Substance: GASOLINE CONTAMINATED SOIL AND GROUND WATER <br /> TITLE 22, 66261.31 code - F005, GASOLINE CONTAMINATED SOIL <br /> AND WATER DOES NOT HAVE A SPECIFIC EPA HASARDOUS.
