San Joaquin County Health <br /> i reviewed this request and addressed their concerns in a letter <br /> dated April 1, 1991. Linda Turkatte and Diane Hinsen of San <br /> Joaquin County Health, John Rutherford of Desert Petroleum and <br /> George Converse of Western Geo-Engineers met in Stockton, <br /> February 11, 1993, to discuss site closure requirements.
