San Joaquin County Health �. <br /> reviewed this request and addressed their concerns in a letter <br /> dated April 1, 1991. Linda Turicatte and Diane Hineen of San <br /> Joaquin County Health, John Rutherford of Desert Petroleum and <br /> George Converse of Western Geo-Engineers met in Stockton, <br /> February 11, 1993, to discuss site closure requirements. The <br /> results and conclusions drawn from these discussions were <br /> presented to Desert Petroleum February 25, 1993 .
