The letter stated that based upon the priority ranking you will be directed to <br /> begin the required investigation. <br /> At this time PHS/EHD is directing you to begin the investigation to determine the <br /> impact to soil and groundwater from the unauthorized release of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons detected during the removal of the UST�at the above referenced site. <br /> Fees for review activities and inspections associated with contaminated site <br /> assessment activities will not be billed by this office The State Water Resource <br /> Control Board (SWRCB) will invoice you directly for activities performed under the <br /> auspices of the Local UST Oversight Program. The goal of the site evaluation <br /> performed by PHS/EHD is to certify closures of underground tank leakage sites. <br /> Closure certification occurs only after mitigation activities are completed. <br /> In addition, the "Regional Board Staff Recommendations For Initial Evaluation and <br /> Investigation of Underground Tanks" and "Appendix A" reporting format and the LUFT <br /> Manual shall be utilized as guidance documents in the preparation of work plans <br /> and/or reports. <br /> i <br /> it <br /> j ill J <br /> i <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services - <br /> I <br /> t <br />
