Steve Sasson
r San Joaquin County Public Health Service
April 25, 1997
Page 2
In January 1991, we elected to continue the well monitoring program, utilizing GeoAnalytical
Laboratories of Modesto, California, to recover, transport, test and report on a direct basis. All
of that data was transmitted to Linda Turkette, REHS, at San Joaquin County, with copies to
J
Geological Technics to update the project files. i
I
I have recovered the field log data, chains-of-custody and analytical reports for tests performed
between January 21, 1991, and June 29, 1995. That data accompanies this letter.
Linda was concerned about well depths and depths to groundwater. In general, and as verified by
the field logs, the wells have the general following parameters.
Well No. '' Well Depth Depth to Water
MW-1 15.2 Ft. 12.7 Ft.
MW-2 14.9 Ft. 12.7 Ft.
 3
4
# MW-3 15.1 Ft. 13.0 Ft.
MW-4 21.1 Ft, 12.4 Ft.
Ground surface elevations at well collars are assumed reference elevations at the approximate
elevation of the centerline of i lth Street and Lamb Alley in the city of Tracy, California. r
4 i
I trust that submittal of this data satisfies Ms. Turkette's request and that we may proceed with ;
the process of site closure.
