From this day <br /> forward we expect to be kept in the loop, which is to say we want , <br /> copies of documents from the County and Horizon so that we know <br /> what's going on with the site. Furthermore, any disruption of <br /> our business operations will have to be compensated. As I <br /> previously indicated to you, there is no provision in the Lease <br /> allowing you to disrupt business operations in the manner you <br /> propose. Time is of the essence.
