Box 388 • Stockton 3 <br /> (209) 468-3420 <br /> THOMAS J NOKES <br /> l650 PARK ST ALAMEDA CA 94501 J U L 0 8199x, <br /> RE: DISCOVERY CHEVROLET SITE CODE: 2595 <br /> 1615 W 11TH STREET <br /> TRACY CA 95376 <br /> Title 23, Chapter 16,Article 11,The Corrective Action Requirements,of the California Code of Regulations <br /> states "Responsible Parties for an underground storage tank shall comply with the requirements of this article <br /> whenever there is any reportable unauthorized release pursuant to Section 25295 of Chapter 6.7." (of the <br /> Health and Safety Code). <br /> An unauthorized release was reported when the tanks at the above referenced site were removed on April 2, <br /> 1993. In a letter dated March 23, 1994 San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD) requested a workplan for further investigation of this site. This department has not <br /> received the workplan as requested. <br /> At this time your site is not in compliance with Article 11 of the California Code of Regulations.
