PA-1000264(SA),SU0008518 Page 2 <br /> 10171 East Acampo Rd., Acampo December 10,2010 <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> E. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1110.3 & 9-1910.4). <br /> F. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and discharged <br /> to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. A registered <br /> engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground holding system <br /> must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test requirements may <br /> be obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $244 plan check fee is required at <br /> the time of submittal. <br /> G. If hazardous material(s) is stored on site, applicant must register with San Joaquin County <br /> Office of Emergency Services. <br /> H. If any quantity of hazardous waste is generated, a hazardous waste generator permit must be <br /> obtained from the EHD. The applicant must also obtain an E=PA Identification Number, and <br /> comply with all applicable regulations. <br />
